Você tem ou já teve uma trombose venosa profunda e teve medo de praticar exercícios físicos porque já ouviu falar que deve ficar em repouso absoluto?
E será que quem já teve trombose venosa pode praticar algum tipo de atividade física, como caminhar, correr, andar de bicicleta, ou até mesmo ir à academia? Neste blog vou te contar tudo sobre a relação do exercício físico e da Trombose Venosa Profunda.
Antes de falarmos sobre essa relação, eu preciso te explicar o que é trombose. Trata-se de um “entupimento” em um vaso sanguíneo, que pode ocorrer nas veias ou artérias. No caso das veias, sendo a trombose venosa(objetivo desse conteúdo), ela acontece mais comumente nos membros inferiores. Mas também pode acometer outras regiões do nosso corpo.
Existem alguns sinais e sintomas que podem ocorrer quando há presença de uma trombose venosa profunda:
- Inchaço na perna afetada, que muitas vezes faz com que as veias e varizes fiquem mais saltadas.
- Dor na panturrilha ou no membro inferior como um todo.
- Endurecimento da musculatura, principalmente da panturrilha, o que chamamos de empastamento.
- A perna ou o membro afetado pode mudar a sua coloração, ficando mais azulada.
O mais comum é que estes sintomas estejam presentes em apenas uma das pernas, ou seja, UNILATERAL. E a preocupação quando a trombose venosa acontece, é que se forme um coágulo de sangue dentro da veia, e esse coágulo se desloque, podendo ir até o pulmão, causando tromboembolismo pulmonar(doença potencialmente fatal). Por isso é tão importante realizar o diagnóstico correto e iniciar o tratamento precocemente.
O tratamento é realizado à base de medicamentos anticoagulantes e uso da meia elástica compressiva.
Mas doutor, e se eu tive trombose vou poder voltar a praticar atividades físicas?
Muito importante: as informações que eu vou te passar aqui neste blog, são gerais e você não deve colocá-las acima do que o seu médico lhe orientou!
Quando ocorre uma trombose, geralmente a perna fica inchada nos primeiros dias e está indicado fazer um repouso relativo. O que isso quer dizer? Que você vai poder fazer as rotinas do dia-a-dia, porém em menor intensidade. Ficará em casa as pernas elevadas na maior parte do tempo.
Nas duas ou três primeiras semanas o seu cuidado deverá ser maior, evitando atividades mais extenuantes, para justamente evitar que um coágulo de sangue se solte na sua circulação (caminhar não apresenta risco para esse evento após iniciado o tratamento adequado).
Passado este primeiro período, inicia-se a fase de treinamento dos membros inferiores, para trazer mais força e flexibilidade. Lembrando que cada paciente irá se adaptar ao seu caso. A atividade física vai atuar aumentando a força muscular, melhorando a capacidade natural de caminhar e te reabilitando aos poucos.
Muito cuidado com o tipo de atividade física que você vai fazer!
Evite atividades de impacto, que exijam maior contato físico, pois como você está em uso de anticoagulantes, que “afinam” o sangue. Então evite esportes como: vôlei, lutas, futebol e similares para desta forma evitar a possibilidade de sangramentos.
O ideal mesmo é ter a orientação de um profissional habilitado, como um educador físico, que desenvolva uma rotina de atividades, que vão ajudar a fortalecer o seu corpo.
Lembre-se: se você teve trombose você pode voltar a ter uma vida normal, mas precisa iniciar o seu tratamento o mais breve possível e seguir rigorosamente as orientações do seu médico especialista!

Sofri várias tromboses venosas. A primeira com 1 ano e meio, depois, aos doze, sofri um princípio, onde fiquei com a visão dupla. Depois, aos quinze sofri outra, onde fiquei com o meu lado esquerdo parcialmente morto, depois aos 18, quando descobriram a doença: começou com um sono impossível de resistir, mais tarde comentei com a minha mãe que havia passado a tarde dormindo e ainda estava com sono. Fui leveda ao hospital, onde se constatou que eu havia sofrido uma trombose venosa. Dois meses depois desse evento, eu sofri outra: minha voz ficou bastante pesada, ninguém conseguia entendê- la. Isso 1 semana antes da véspera do natal. Fui internada e na noite da véspera, saí do hospital. Aos 23 anos, sofri outro princípio. O médico disse que, se eu tivesse outa trombose, eu iria ficar em cadeira de rodas, porém desde lá, nunca mais sofri nenhum. Graças à Deus
