Basta afastar ligeiramente os p\u00e9s, deixando-os com a largura dos ombros, e realizar o movimento de subir e descer. \u00c9 relevante concentrar a for\u00e7a no h\u00e1lux(ded\u00e3o do p\u00e9) e n\u00e3o deixar o calcanhar encostar no ch\u00e3o.
