Neste blog eu vou contar como o ato de caminhar pode ser uma forma simples de conseguir melhorar sua sa\u00fade.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif; color: #808080;\">Caminhar \u00e9 uma atividade geralmente muito prazerosa e praticada por muitas pessoas diariamente. \u00c9 considerada um exerc\u00edcio de leve impacto e isso a torna mais inclusiva, ou seja, praticamente qualquer pessoa consegue pratic\u00e1-la. Raras s\u00e3o as exce\u00e7\u00f5es, como as pessoas que tenham alguma contra-indica\u00e7\u00e3o m\u00e9dica.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif; color: #808080;\">Como m\u00e9dico vascular, recebo pacientes em meu consult\u00f3rio com problemas relacionados com a circula\u00e7\u00e3o. Por\u00e9m, al\u00e9m dos problemas relacionados diretamente com a minha especialidade, igualmente vem ao meu consult\u00f3rio pacientes com diabetes, press\u00e3o alta, AVC, infarto e outros problemas de sa\u00fade no geral.
